Add “understated elegance” to your look.
Subtle embellishments create a refined impression.

Neither too flashy nor too plain.
A pair that balances a well-proportioned design with comfortable wear.

Quarter brogue shoes are characterized by their understated decoration on the toe. This design adds a subtle touch of flair to the elegance of cap-toe Oxford shoes. Because it is not overly conspicuous, it blends naturally into business settings while adding a discreet touch of individuality to your outfit.

In addition, Mon Model’s signature hand-dyed “Senju-zome (hand patina)” technique creates a rich, distinctive appearance for each pair. The result is a pair that is classic yet thoroughly modern.

We’ve heard that it fits comfortably right from the start and doesn’t hurt.

Mon Model designs its shoe lasts to fit the broad feet and high insteps common among Japanese people.
As a result, many customers tell us that the shoes fit comfortably without feeling unfamiliar from the very first wear.

・They fit the shape of my feet and were comfortable to wear
・My feet did not tire easily even after walking all day, and they were very comfortable
・I was surprised that they did not hurt my feet even when they were brand new
・They fit my feet from the moment I put them on

Many customers also request sole replacement after their shoes have become worn.
This reflects their satisfaction with the comfort and their attachment to the shoes, as well as their desire to keep wearing them for a long time.

Blake construction

Blake construction is originally a traditional technique from Italy’s Marche region, and most Italian shoes are made using Blake construction. This method involves stitching the upper and outsole directly through one another. Thanks to its simple structure, it provides flexible sole movement and can turn even the softest leather into shoes.
As you wear them in, the way they mold around your feet becomes a distinctive feature of Blake construction. Because thin insoles and outsoles can be used, this method is characterized by a dressy, delicate appearance, light weight, and flexible sole movement. As a construction method for creating high-end, sophisticated shoes, it maintains a unique standing alongside Goodyear welt construction.

Four options for discerning customers

At Mon Model, we offer four options for those who want to create one-of-a-kind leather shoes: ① special finishing techniques to add even more individuality, ② a rubber half sole for enhanced functionality, ③ a sole color for discreet style, and ④ personalization with your name. Consider them for your very own pair.

Please note

Depending on your monitor’s color settings, the actual product may differ in color.
As natural leather is used, slight variations in color may occur. Small scratches, stains, or uneven coloring may also be present.
